Fr Joswin after serving for 2 years as the Asst Parish Priest at Valencia and then as a resident for 5 months,Now the time has come for him to move ahead to continue his studies at Dharmaram College Bangalore.

As a token of love and gratitude,A small farewell program was organised on 10 January 2021. Fr Joswin celebrated mass at 8.00 AM and there after followed by farewell programme. He was honoured with a Shawl and Garland.Citation was read by the parish council secretary Rita Menezes and was presented by Fr Roque and Fr Lancy.

Fr Joswin in his speech thanked all the parishioners for trusting and supporting him in his journey at Valencia.He specially thanked Parish Priest Fr Roque and Asst PP Fr Lancy for being supportive for the past few months.He also remembered and thanked former Parish Priest Fr James D’Souza, Former resident priest Fr Arun Lobo, Fr William Barracos,Ex Parish Council vice-president Anil lobo and secretary Lizzie Pinto. He also mention the current vice-president David Pais and Secretary Rita Menezes.He also thanked Icym members and Altar Servers who were closely associated with him.

Parish Priest Fr Roque and vice-president David Pais also spoke during the occasion.
